Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in the health care field
Be HIGHLY SKILLED in home care activities of daily living
Especially warm, kind, loving, gentle, and calm
Always treats others with respect, dignity, compassion, empathy, honesty, and integrity
Basic understanding of medications
Reliable, dependable, healthy, and strong
Be able to transfer and re-position safely
Have reliable transportation and proof of insurance
Have excellent references

Preferred:

CNA certification
HHA certification
HCA registered and cleared with state of California. (This must be completed before you can be hired.)
Hospice/end-of-life experience, familiarity with the comfort care kit
